I drove around for a week or so, checking to make sure everything was ok. The voltage meter was right on at 12V and everything seemed fine. It also has a flashlight feature which is nice because I have an older car with no interior lights (and my headlights are always on anyway…), so I used that a couple of times as well. I went back out to my car today and started it up, and when I removed the jumper cable from my battery, there were sparks! At first this freaked me out, but then I remembered the instructions said that this was normal.
